Animal Taming Problem

Haven't really tamed a lot in this world (going into my 5th atm), and so far only one cow fought to the death, because I forgot to peace at combat start (was relying on the auto peace feature on Ender, forgot I had disabled it for a fun spar with a friend lol)

also you could sacrifice experience by quailing the Beast I believe to make it easier
I am not 100% sure that will work though so don't do it without consulting somebody else first
if not then taming is b******* if my plan doesn't work or it's not possible for it to work trade or steal an animal from somebody else if you can't handle it
domesticating wild boars it's the most difficult out of all the animals you can try to domesticate
