Tbh sheep cheese feels worthless.

Let's not be ridiculous. Sheep cheese is, by definition, the GOAT.

Tested a couple stage 3 cheeses. Unfortunately, Gbejna in a cabin and Cabrales in a cellar both turn into generic gouda.
Edit: Cabrales turns into gouda even outside.

Some results of my work with cheese.

Cabin = Halloumi >> All places = Generic Gouda

Cellar = Feta >> Outside = Cabrales >> All places = Generic Gouda
Feta >> Cabin = Caciotta >> All places = it seems to be Generic Gouda ( I'm not sure because it is in progress now, but it's progress bar is matched to Creamy Camembert's bar, which turns into gouda in any place so serves for me as an indicator of misplacing.)
Feta >> Mine = Generic Gouda

Mine = Abbaye >> Cellar = Zamorano >> Cabin = ?? ( in progress now, but definitely it's not a gouda)
Zamorano >> All other places = not sure, but it seems to be Generic Gouda
Abbaye >> All other places = Generic Gouda

Outside = Pecorino >> Cabin = Generic Gouda
Pecorino >> Mine = Manchego >> All places = Generic Gouda
Pecorino >> Cellar = Gbejna >> Mine = ?? ( in progress now, but definitely it's not a gouda)
Gbejna >> All other places = not sure, but it seems to be Generic Gouda

So, I see 11 cheeses for now, but must to be 12. One of the two longest lines probably has 4 stage.

Caciotta outside gives a gouda, dunno about the other places. But i'll soon have other caciottas to test it.
As far as my tests go Gbejna turns into gouda both in cabin and in mine, but i may just have misremembered its placement.

Edit: as a little update, both pecorino and abbaye give two slices of cheese.
