I have tried holding shift when right clicking on the ground but that doesn't work.

Bdew is a client in The Wizards Tower.

Romov will be adding a feature where you can bulk put all of your food trough items from your inventory into the trough in one go with the next update he does, that is the Amber Client.
Currently, with Amber Client, if you pick up a carrot from your inventory and hover over the food trough with it, hold shift and then start right-clicking, it'll place all the currents in there. 1 carrot per click, works with any trough food item.
