If theres dirt, theres a chance they can walk onto it and take a "well-fedness" tick, which I think means drops the cow 1Q point in all qualities?

I've not messed with it yet with the changes, but the more dirt, the more likely they were to start taking starvation damage, and quality lowered was a percentage of their overall quality, dropping to half quality if starved to death if I recall right.

You cant mate, it'll slowly increase back up to 300% in real life days. It takes 8 days to fully refresh just the 300% bar itsself.
It'll be more beneficial if you eat down to the end of 90% and once you hit 50%, leave it and let it go back up.
