Does the herbalist table/mulberry leave quality improve silkworm and cocoon quality or just soft(hard?)caps it?
I know that the cauldron, water, spindle, branch and loom quality affect filament/thread/cloth quality normally like with every other craft but can't quite tell what are the table and leaves are doing them.

You cant mate, it'll slowly increase back up to 300% in real life days. It takes 8 days to fully refresh just the 300% bar itsself.
It'll be more beneficial if you eat down to the end of 90% and once you hit 50%, leave it and let it go back up.

Thanks for the tip, but isn't better for the FEP to be at 300% either way?

Since each tier of hunger drains faster, 300% is not the most efficient for even a semi active player. Think of it this way, you can not play and wait for 300% to come back, or you can make 1.5x as much food by playing and eat it in the 200% range. Because 200% drains faster than 300%, you're getting a more total FEPs per day than you would be waiting for 300%

Most people sit in the 200% or 100% bracket for active play it seems.

You try basic mechanics? It used to be required to build a grinder, but not to make sausages. The wiki hasn't been updated yet.

Only thing I can think of is to compare a list of skills. I have it available but not purchased it yet. (I've been lazy this world.)

Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post it publicly. I'll post the discrepancies here so someone can add it to the wiki or whatever.
