100% Juniper wood, 51% sandstone 49% porphory (confirmed stonesteads only have 1 stone type), fir boughs, tin handle.

Quite pretty I think.

What determines the colour of the cement sheet (?) behind the timber in the roof? Or is it always the same whiteish colour?

According to jorbs markup posted back on page 1, it should be a secondary or tertiary wood.

@Sevenless: I like it, better than nearly all the "mixed wood" types I've seen.

As far as I can tell, the mortar for the stone is determined by the stone type. In the same way that the mortar of the pavement is determined by stone type (basalt has white mortar in paving, porphory has black). The white wood of the paneling background is automatic on stonesteads it seems.

And thanks magic. I was actually really surprised at how gorgeous the juniper wood texture came out. I was just trying to find a slightly darker golden brown to match the sandstone since I liked the way sandstone+palisade looks.

@shubla I don't think there is right now, but legacy had several colours of brick so I'd expect it when we get the old clay types back.

is there any way to control what kind of cellar stairs you get? i noticed that in my log cabin it's sandstone, but in my stone mansion it's made of schist.

so in case anyone likes to know, the cellar stairs (and boulders) will always be of whatever rock is underneath on cave level. not sure if this holds true for metal ores.
