^^ I don't think they actually disappear, though I may be wrong, there is one near my hermit base that is the same, the claim still shows up but I can interact with everything on it. I was under the impression that to make the claim disappear entirely you still have to bash the claim stick ... but tbh I'm not sure.

And, lol, yeah, I'm not that bothered about her, she has like 10 in everything and I don't want to raise a 3rd char, neither do I want Arvin coming along and killing her ... ... I was thinking of using her as an alt to store things on is all.

What do you mean by 'destroyed without bashing'?
Do you mean that the claim stick decays as well?

Can a village claim territory 'below' it? As in: if I have a mine inside a village territory (for example) and build a flag inside the mine, Will it claim the interior for the village?
