Does the hunger bar decrease over time? I am at around 75% ravenous and it doesn't seem to ever decrease. I wonder if I am eating too much or something like that.

yes, infact thats the only way to reduce hunger right now, by waiting, it goes down as real time pass by, you dont need to be ingame.

On a side note, is there still Tea in the game? i dont see to get any tea leave and the wiki seems to not be updated about it

Once you have the rope twining skill, it's used to weave 10 strings into a rope.
