I have question, what skill do you need to see scents? I Know that in old hnh it was Ranging, but what is it now?

I think you don't need any skills. Maybe foraging, i'm not sure. Adventure->Toggle->Tracking

you dont need any.
Toggle tracking on under adventure -> toggles

build a new trellis would be my advise.
but if you really want to, jut use the destroy option on the plant. just be careful you dont misclick the trellis itself

If you kill someone who is not standing on any claim, will be there any scent? Or is possible to find scents only on claimed land?

Assault, battery, and murder scents can happen off of claim.
