How do i declaim now?

Im nowhere near my original claim... thinking hey, ill make a new claim and it will remove the old one. Clearly i was wrong... now i dont want the old one.

if you still carry the bloodbond - just rightclick it and Declaim.

You can also keep the old claim, since you can now have more than one.
Owning more than one claim will raise the price for the next though (4kLP to create a new ones in case have already have one).

For rocking chair it shows it needs wax, there's the bee wax, but what's the green one and how do you get it?

if you have a working farm, bee wax, if you have a good amount of Perc x exp and live near some swamps, candleberry

but bee wax have a much more consistant production
