ukhata's answer sucked, it TECHNICALLY is. you see palisades have a drying time now. they slowly gain 30 soak over the course of 2 real life days. they have a lot of HP when you first make them, but no soak for a few hours. so if the palisade is brand new, its very bashable.

1) Is there any pvp protection for low lvls? If any high lvl dick can just kill me for fun at the begining - there is no point to start.
2) Hats. I'll respawn with hat or i gonna loose it when i killed?

2. You keep the hats you bought for real money. It will be in the HF, I think. Never bought any myself.

On the question marked with a one: you can build palisade wall quickly for defending yourself. So it is maybe not as bad as you will thinking.
