so i am a bit confused on this. how do you get experience? can it be used for anything other than turning into learning points?

Doing anything. Walking into shallow water, lift objects, walking between regions, going outside at night, digging land, foraging, etc..
They're strictly for converting into learning points. Spend them wisely.

Well if it is based off doing one thing then once that one is done you get a single random one to complete it kinda annoying since ive done all i think i can to find it but its just not happening

I haven't got any since the initial ones,kinda annoying the people im playing with are on 7-10k while im diving into the 400.
