This is a bold faced lie. I tried it. I tried it with a single tile container and a double tile container. Both had spring water.

Only sense we found in "Spring Water" - sometimes better quality (more then Q10).
Nothing else till today - we store a bit of it, maybe we find a usage in the future.

I found that when you had drunk spring water and are doing stamina reducing actions, that action takes up less of your stamina bar.

I got this impression when doing alot of digging at the start of the world I was able to go longer between drinks than I usually could. Anyone confirm this?

that's because they halved stamina use for digging.

planted tree with spring water = no different results (one stunted, one is growing on the same speed it would grow with common water in non-forest terrain)
Drinking = no difference to same Q water!
cooking = no difference on food Q, feps, hunger or anything else.
no, you can't use it on a dryad!
Fed my hens and cock, all q10, with q20 spring water... got q8,5 and q9 eggs
Still need to tame a mammal so I can test it on other animals but I think there'll be no effect also!

Spring water = same as common water, but gives a experience and makes ppl troll others saying it do something it doesn't.

I used spring water when I made my finger box. Works much better.
