Quality formula seems pretty simple for cape I used q77 silk and q151 hard leather. The outcome was the average of the 2 materials.

If you'd like to jew it..... heh..... all you have to use is 6 bars to make it the priority color, then just use like wallgrade tin since that shit is piss easy to farm.
