I would say that, seeing that we can learn from studying enemie's skulls, jorbtar is more on the Khorne side.

Seriously tho on the topic of this buff i think its very clear that you get this from injuring yourself during the sewing process. I have yet to confirm this because i have not been able to injure my character this way. I think based on the current given information it does nothing but i have been wondering if it will tie into the new combat update.

Just pulled a fox hide off the drying rack with "memories of pain" as an attribute.

Likely the string used to make the tanning rack was used from a hide of a starved cow.
