Also remember that fish appear in nodes and not all fish can be fished out of a single node. Try fishing in several nodes. Also, some fish can only be caught with certain types of bait.

make a fishing alt, you can have multiple hnh open and since fishing is entirelly autonomous you can just leave him be on a boat somewhere near camp and do your stuff on the main character.

And what's the growth time on those? Six days, isn't it?

Yeah, the pies are early game foods, but that change to farming is a real pain in the ass. Was so used to harvesting grain every other day.
