Good luck to you. Hopefully you can find a source. Could be a shoddy ISP, could be a router or network interface going bad, could just be a bad day on the Internet.

We'll turn you into a geek one step at a time. ;)

I got heavy lag on both the game and website since a couple days ago, could it be related? Today it got worse and I can't even log in without several minutes of trying with Amber, default client won't even get to open because it gets stuck updating. If there are people who are playing just fine, my guess is that it's a physical connection issue and whole countries are pretty much fucked from playing.

I had 1 minute lag on the default client today after the first log in since the recent update.....never happened to me before....log out and log in again and now everything is fine as usual....maybe it's related to new "instanceless methods" thing they added....that require you to download some stuff when playing....I can justify what happened to me only in this way....

If website and game are both crapping out on you, it likely means that one of the routing hops is crapping out and information has to be rerouted resulting in lag. Sometimes it's something close to server side (if not the host) and access is just lost for minutes at a time.

In cases like this, running a ping or a traceroute can show a problem and if you can do anything about it. (Odds are, no, you just have to wait for various service providers fix it or for DNS to reroute traffic.)

Times out between california and new jersey and then again after frankfurt. I think Trump already built the internet wall. I don't think there is a thing I can do
