I hear rumor this tea have greatly reduced or maybe zero energy cost when drink it to restore stamina. There is truth to this one?

I heard this rumor for several worlds. Not sure where it originates from, but was not true till now. Probably worth to test again but I doubt it is so...

I think this *might* have been true in legacy. But back then you more or less wanted to destroy your energy so it wasn't really used. Also fiddly.
