When I finish a quest for a tree/boulder and it says - it improved the area by X - how big is the area improved?
few block around it / the entire province?

also if the area is small - when I try to get a new tree contacts via Commune with Nature ( they always spawn way away from my own claim) - is there a way/trick to get them to spawn closer?

thanks

Only loftar and jorb knows, I think, and they haven't shared. It's supposed to be fairly decent sized, but I doubt it's a whole region/province.

No. It's a design of the quest system. The more quests you do, the further you'll travel for the next one. It slowly grows until it approaches some value that is only known to the devs, though most vets can give you a rough approximation of how far away you'll get quests.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

When questing heavily, it's considered best practice to "prune" the quests you decide to do in order to keep them in convenient quest clusters. Connection quests that take you to other hubs being abandonned helps.

No, it has to be a tamed sheep.

Note/Info: RoB wiki allows for searching with a single trailing general wildcard. Like "burr*" or "STALK*" for example. (search is case insensitive now a days too)
