Most buildings that aren't used in crafting don't pay attention to quality. There are a couple of exceptions. I can't think of any example, but don't want to say "all" and be wrong.

Things where quality matters:

Bee Skep (Hive) (oops... wrong here)
Loom
Anvil
Tanning Tub
Table (quality does apply to bonuses, even if smaller than the other items used)

Things where quality doesn't matter:

Large Chest
Cheese Rack (just the rack, not the cheese trays... these do count)
Palisade (and other walls)
Houses

I think you should get the idea. You can always check the wiki to be sure. http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Haven_and_Hearth_Wiki

edit: Ok, after actually looking something up like I should have done in the first place, I have been proven wrong on the bee hive/skep. Just don't want someone looking at this post later and getting wrong information, so

I do not think bee hive quality is mattering.

bee hive quality is a non-factor, all bee products use crop quality

Yeah, I'm mistaken and just recalling rules from previous worlds. Used to be hives could softcap the resulting wax and honey. I see it on the wiki now that I double check it.

Now that I think on it yet again, I'm thinking I'm wrong about the legacy hives, too.

edit... found page, and yeah, I'm smoking something today I need to stop smoking, obviously. It's making me stupid.

Can I use bone hook for anything else than fishing, like bone material?
Also are there any other uses for bunny slippers? Like for hide material or anything else?
Since those two items are lower quality now and I don't want to just throw them away in the river if they have any other uses.

do table quality really affects the bonus? i made a table using quality wood and another using standard 10q wood, but the same bonus were given, or is it that it only affect cottage tables and not the rustic variaty?
