If I create a village over an existing claim, will that claim be able to expand and commit crimes?

As long as the personal claim owner is a member of the village, then the personal claim can be expanded into the village claim. If not, then the personal claim can only be extended out of the village claim. Age only matters when trying to use "Revoke the Privilege."

How long does a demijohn take to turn wort to beer? I've had wort in it for over a week (real life week). Still just wort. Does it need to be filled all the way up or something?

Give it a couple of days more. Im not sure of the exact time, but I'd put it around 10 days.

And no, it doesn't have to be filled, but adding more wort will increase the time to ferment.

They need to drink milk to grow. It can be from any cow, so long as it is currently producing milk.

they are mostly crafted, they are under craft > clothes & equipment > equipment gilding, with the exception of silken ribbon, feather trinket which are under curiosities, and heartwood leaves which is found. there may be some skill required but there was not a new skill added.

i mean obviously you can still make rennet and goldbeaters out of them. maybe check if anyone's still buying vinegar. i know a few groups were for a while.
