Map tiles reload roughly every ~20 minutes? So if you have a body of water in a cave, you could theoretically recheck every half an hour to maximize your chances of finding one.
NB: This is how I believe it works from what I've read on forageables and tile reloading, so it may not be accurate or applicable to anglers.

When in combat, there is 3 numbers of damage types red is SHP yellow is HHP but what is green?

Damage blocked by armor.

Then I got some combat bug. I unable to kill neither a bat, it has over 500 blocked damage and knocked me out.

Bats don't have armour. I'm unsure what your issue is, but i'd consider fighting a single stack of ants (use the attack option on one of the ants near an anthill) and figuring out exactly how combat works, in addition to checking out the various combat guides on the forum.

Had 2 just yesterday. They're spawning allright.

Is fishing broken? 2/3 of my casts dont land its like i have to finnagle for the bobber to show up.

Recent patch has a bug with fishing - according to loftar you have to move between every cast as a workaround for now.

Does the quality of the materials used to build a well cap the quality of the water you get from it? I built one at a spot where the stone needed was 20 and could only pull q19 water from it, just barely better than one I had previously built for 100+ stone.
