Definitely the lowest one:

...you may only ever have 3 types satiated below 50%, and as soon as you get your fourth type below 50%, the most satiated type is cleared entirely.

How do I satiate berries and mushrooms most effectively? Apparently sausages are affected by the "meat" satiation as well as "sausage" and I need to reduce 2 more satiations to reset forage first (because its lowest) and then meat.

I want to blame devs for this stupid system but I should have realized I should have stopped eating lots of variety foods. Hopefully my character isn't completely ruined because of this.

If i understand correctly, all beverages have their own satiations, which are independent from normal foodstuffs.
How do you reset them? Is it even possible?

They are not "independent", them going below 50% just don't trigger the reset (beverage satiations changes don't trigger the recount of other satiations at all). Otherwise they work just like all other satiations, i.e. if you have Tea satiation as the lowest one and 3 more satiations go below 50%, Tea is reset.

Points. You sell your stuff for virtual points and buy the vendor's stuff for the points he gave you. For example, you bring 10 pearls worth 15 points each and exchange them for a high-quality axe worth 150 points.
