Right click -> Harvest selected.
Shift right click -> Box area -> Mass harvest.

Crop can not be harvest yet if this does not working.

If I have the bond of blood and soil given to my by someone, how do I gain access to the claim? Do I have to refill the bond completely? Will the claim always be theirs?

Put it into your study interface for ~2 RL days, you'll get the ownership of claim, then you can do whatever you usually can do with claim (refill, expand, declaim etc).

I have found a sketchbook page. How do I use it? I have the option to "split" the sketchbook but that does nothing. How do I get some cool pics on my shield?

Go to your Account page and upload an image. Then, provided you have Painting skill, you can craft that image in-game. Then you craft a shield with this image avaliable as a reagent (in your inventory or an open container). The resulting shield will have that image.

Sketchbook page allows you to craft an image without required pigments and PSY, afaik.

All I see is a sketchbook that says "Sketchbook, 1 page"
The only option to do with it is "split" which brings a window asking "how much?" and from there I'm stuck
