If you're lucky enough to spawn a troll when digging, you'll have a few seconds to react (while the troll is flexing), after that he will pretty much aggro you in a matter of half-seconds.

How do you use a wrecking ball?
I'm only getting the "assemble"/"disassemble" options, even when placed in front of a palisade.

Place it with the little wedges facing away from the wall, and then wait 22 real hours.

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

Thanks.

Also, is there any way to repair the "wear" on armors? Or once it's filled up it's gone for good?

Ground tile influence on building decay?

Postby Rhakar » Tue Jun 28, 2016 8:18 pm

Does it matter what a building (Ore Smelter, for example) is built on? Do I need to plow and lay stone before I construct my Brick/Clay based industry buildings? What if I build it on dirt but closeby trees convert it to forest again?

Thanks for any answers :)

Stone paving lessens decay, but dosn't completely block it.
Build on claimed ground (with authority) to block decay.

Thanks for the move and reply, my apologies for not using this thread, will do so from now on. :)

I was under the impression some things still decay under claim if you didn't lay stone, i.e. Smelters, Kilns and the like. Has this changed in the past 2 years, or was I just mistaken?

Cupboards and looms decay on claimed land if placed outside (maybe ropewalk too, not sure about that one). All other things stay intact, paved ground or not.

Ropewalks seem to be safe as long as they're completely claimed.
