Have you discovered String, branches, and boughs? If you have, check under the "Buildings and Constructions" tab under build.

Just found a gr8 cave organ and got the curio. Is there some secret upside to it or is it just str8 shit? 12 attn for 3k is quite bad.

It's a curio. It's decent I think in LP/hour, nothing to call home about.
