1. Domesticated animals use Farming as softcap instead of Survival, i believe.
2. Product quality is some percentage of the one shown when inspecting a farm animal: if inspection says "Meat quality: 80%" and your animal is 100 100 100 then meat will be 80 80 80.
3. Just as with stunted/not grown yet trees, when butchering adolescent animals (calves, piglets etc.) you get product quality lowered.
