All completed credos are inherited by the decedent. Incomplete credos need to be restarted (if I recall correctly).

Huh. Good to know. What happens if you run a credo on more than one character on the same account? How does it track inheritance?

When you make a new character you select what character to inherit from, if any. It's just a normal part of inheritance.

Yeah. If you make 5 characters on an account, and all 5 die, you have to pick one of them to inherit from. You don't get to inherit from all. (That feels like it'd just be too OP, and probably pretty easy to prove on paper.)

Everything you drop in the river gets added to a global pool of stuff that others might fish up. Everything you drop on the ground gets added to a global pool of stuff that other might dig up when terraforming.

Using this feature, you can send strangers messages by dropping written parchments. They can even friend you if you write down your hearth secret!

So is the pro-tip that we have magic paper or it's a way to make random friends?

Creative use of game mechanics. I like it!

I can see this becoming a new form of HnH "chain letter." "Drop this back into the water along with 5 more parchments with your hearth secret and a Nigerian prince shall give you $5 million dollars."

You can use some emojis in the game by copy pasting them into the text field. Here's a full list of the ones that work:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emoji#Unicode_blocks

they include animals, hearts, smileys, astrological symbols and a bunch of other stuff. You can put them in your name, in your village name or just fill a speech bubble with images. This is how the cock emoji looks when spoken:

Here's random emojis:

They look better in village names because the text is bigger. Here's the peace sign and a smiley used in a village:

Yeah, emojis are a part of the UNICODE standard. Yes, you can use them literally anywhere and with anything that properly supports UNICODE. (The forums do not.) (Do note that some places that support UNICODE do intentionally block certain sets of characters.)

Shame on you for pointing this out! :D
