Is there something that will refill Energy without filling my hunger meter?

No but there's plenty of foods that are pretty good at refilling without filling it too much. Rats on a stick, Steak and Tubers are pretty good massable things.

Best advise to give is use alt for labor where skill does not matter like digging or tree chops. Then you can not care about FEP and hunger of this slave alt.

Great tip, Ysh! Luckily I was already doing that, or I would have quit playing HnH in its current form, playing just one toon is only possible if you either don't care about min/maxing (which I do), or only have a few hours a day of time anyhow...

Can anyone tell me how to find Tea?
I went on a 50 minute boatride, didn't come across any tea bushes. Is there something I'm missing?

You're missing tea bushes, obviously.

Seriously though, they were very rare as is, and even few hours boating won't guarantee finding one.
Maybe ask some neighbor for tea seeds.

Do they only grow on a specific tileset? I keep finding new ones I've never seen...

Edit: I think either the devs wanted them to only be in certain regions of the world map, or their generation was/is severely bugged, They just started appearing, I found a total of 6 bushes, within ~5 minutes of seeing the first.

Check the very first pages of this thread. Iirc it's a gilded item.

There is only one bed I believe, thats the sturdy bed
