Load the cata with 10 stones the same way you would fuel a smelter.
Right click the cata, select «Fire!», click on your target.
You'll need 50 MM, vandalism and crimes toggled to select the «Fire!» option .

I'm just curious, as there are so many things to search through using the search function. Is the only purpose of Tea/Piping Hot Tea is that it gives you a little more Bread and Forage Satiety back? Are there no other benefits of Tea, like increase Stamina Regen vs. Energy Depletion? And is it even something worth grinding?

Yeah, that's pretty much it. The typical use is to get another satiation below 50% so that you reset one as I don't think the bonus is that useful, and it's really not that much better than water (unless you can't get really high Q water) for restoring stamina.

That's all that the wiki lists, but it's outdated. But I assume it's probably accurate for Hafen too.

It is only used as soil. Somebody should add it to the wiki.
