From what i see...there is no difference between sitting on a chair and standing, 1% stamina regen every 6 seconds, maybe it needs very high quality chairs? Or is the chair system broken?

No, if I recall right sitting on a chair does not boost stamina regen as it did in legacy, only drinking fluids.

How do you smoke it for long time? I light it when the pipe was full 0.10kg and only 0.1kg was burned and then it went out. Do I need to keep lighting it?

I have never have issue of it goes out with stuff still in pipe. But I think to get maximum buff you do need to reload pipe with more stuff before it ran out. I think you should need to light only once. So if what you describe is happens with no mistaken, I am not know sorry.
