Most likely a complete overhaul of the combat system and tweaking/re-making some core gameplay features will bring about the new world.

New world wont fix anything.
Also dont trust anyone except devs about "new world"
People have been stating from day 1 of this world that "Im sure that new world will come after x update" or something similar.
I think discussing about new world should be completely banned on all subforums. Or then just make 1 megathread for it where devs would state that they don't tell whether it will come or when it will come.

One could technically argue that wasn't a request, just a question but that is moot since are you an <animal/streetname>? dosn't work to weasel around getting the hammer for being out of line too.

When building a tower I want to choose the same stone for primary and secondary but another for tertiary. Will the tower choose the new stone as tertiary or secondary?

depending on the amount you put in i believe. like 1k stone for primary, 600stone for secondary, 400for tertiary, so just go 1600 of 1 stone for the similar color then 400 for yout tertiary (not 100% sure but that's my best guess, goodluck)

it won't work. Generally, I believe there is no option to make the Lady's dream come true due to current system. The only thing I could suggest is to make secondary stone in most similar stone as primary (like black ore with basalt or marble with quartz) and than choose the tertiary stone. In king's version, the whole tower will be created in single color (the system will count 1600 as primary, and won't count 400 as even secondary (400 is less than 50% of 1600).
That's why we need separate parts building system with proper preview when player can choose wanted materials for wanted parts, depending on his own vision, not by some kind of "mysterious force"... Maybe we'll get it when/if Loftar ever finish his *very complicated and nerdy words* systems.

does "Gild ( X % chance)" is determined by the equipment gilding item quality?
Or is there a specific rule (like this gilding is better for this clothing) or requirements (like attributes at certain number) required to increase the Gild ( x % chance)?

The quality of the gild after added to clothing is equal to it's quality if less than the clothing quality, or equal to the average of the guild and clothing quality if over the gild's quality. (Maybe this isn't what you were asking, but looked like the question was there.)

The percentage chance is to get a new gilding slot. The chance is determined based on A) if the two items match (gild and clothing both have carpentry, for example) and B) the character's relative skill. If the items don't match, it is half of the lowest chance. If the items do match, it varies from the lowest chance at 1 skill, to the best chance at somewhere around the old skill cap (unsure of exactly where it is.) If I recall right, the percentage range is calculated by simply taking the average of the bottom values and the average of the top values.

I think 24 in game hour (8 real live hour) and you must visit claim after time is up for it to active.
