The circumstances of the game are what they are. Interesting thought jorb. Have you considered making a subclass of wounds that animals deal that could heal a bit faster?(Especially when treated).
This compounding effect of poultice does quite a number on stats when you treat multiple wounds.

Seems to be their only entertainment to cause senseless deatruction to those weaker than them. Don't think any of them ever has looked for a fair fight. Just look at the current Moot threads.


Not saying that permanent wounds that you are never able to heal are a good thing just because of that.

I have some narly sounding wounds on me from getting owned by boars 2x... if a bruise wont heal then I don't think mine will.... I hope I can heal from them some day :*( I think I am at 58HHP and its not healing anymore.

The alternative is to push con and get HHP that way. Does put a stress on your FEPs, but if it's cheaper than starting a new char it's worth it.

I like the idea of permanent wounds.

I do think there is some wisdom in limiting it from badgers, boars, and other low->mid tier wildlife.

Wouldn't bother me one bit if it stayed though.

Well, as soon as we have magic and alchemy, how about make most of critical wounds healable (except scars, losed limbs etc. etc.) only by most powerfull mages and alchemists in this game?

Having almost no recourse to heal is very frustrating. For example, why can't we stitch deep wounds? I would like to be able to become a healer/witch. There are so many natural berries, barks and other materials available to make medicine from in this version. Will this become an option? Of all the things we do have, I would love moss as well. It would be great for dressings and bedding. I would love to be the wise woman in a hut in the woods, or the village healer. At the very least, I would like to be able to have the ability to evolve to heal myself. In my opinion, Shamans/witches/healers would be appropriate professions in the "Time" style of this game.

I support this. In no way should anyone feel unstoppable, even with months of grinding.

The moment they let their guard down, others should have a chance of killing them and taking their place.

I have 35hhp, I dressed the wounds I could, nothing moved in an hour...

On one hand I understand their decisions, on the other I see it being more of a pain for casual people than anything. People playing non stop will heal faster anyway.
