It left your place? was this after you fought it and won/lost? Maybe you need to rehitch the rope? hmm..

I'm devastated. Yes, it left my place. It can't be leashed again, it refuses nice and sweet clover. What have i done?...

If you can fight a cow or whatever you're going to tame, it works. Hitch it and wait for combat stance, then attack.

Id like to know if ive done something wrong as its been nearly a full 24 hours since ive hitched them and they havnt entered combat stance.

Does the hitching post limit their movement once the fight begins? If so it wont be difficult whatsoever to beat the crap out of them as even most bears at like 10 ua wont break through three moves, and if you can move slightly away and queue them up, no big deal.

As far as I know from yesterday attempt, it doesn't.

The animals can move within some range of the hitching post.

The animals do not initiate aggro. You need to attack it when it assumes combat stance. Should take about a day between sessions.

Its been 26 hours since ive hitched my sheep and I havnt seen his combat stance yet? Does it take longer or is it something ive done wrong?
