This will having between X*A% and Y*B% chance for happening.
The true chance between XA% and YB% will be determined by your skill.
Only skill with icon matching between both gild item and equipment item will affect true chances (means icon next to percent, not icon for bonus type. For trinket this is survival and not dexterity and not farming).
No matches = XA% always.
More matches + high skills in those matches means getting closer to YB% chance.
Before you do this, you will see actual chance for adding.
