So quest's give random rewards ?? O.o

Yep. One of the guys I went questing with also got his hunger reduced by 0%. Keyword being "by," so he literally got nothing out of it.

Most other times they just give exp or lp.

Following the Ant Farm name and some ants and bloated discoverys i would say that Groq is somehow right, it needs ant's (perhaps not all of them but lets hope we can get our hands on an ant empress to fully verify it) and that bloated would be the food so a necessary Input for the craft curiosity hmm

I'd assume it requires glass and sticks/some kind of wood + dirt for the box to keep them in?

perhaps yeah, it can be a hiper curio indeed.

I'm following this like example as ant farm, lets hope it's somewhat related and we are on a good path

I first dug up soil... and didn't get a discovery. Then sand... nothing either. So I checked the crafting menu
