You can easily outrun ants, though, and they don't keep spawning ants as long as you don't kill any.

They don't really spawn ants, nowhere near the amount that beehives do and given enough time to raid them.

This.

I have noticed that hives in Birch trees are inaccesible.

Today I collected wax from my bee skeps. Not a big deal u'll probably say. But I also got some larvaes with the same q as wax.

One of the dumbest mechanics I've seen since I started playing in w6. I've raided ~20 hives killing every bee I've seen and have taken over 100 stings, killed about 100 bees. I have 5 skeps to show for it. I also have 80ua 60mc with a shield ON MY FARMER, decent agility with hussar's wings and it's still retarded to raid these things.

Thankfully beds somewhat alleviate the constant shp drain from raiding beehives. Just getting tired of the endless barrage of hassles they've been putting in haven. Add this one to the dumpster fire along with quests, credo steps like find a fated curio/get some stupidly rare resource that will take 1 irl week/study curios for 1 irl week, rare resources, endless lag, and satiations/hunger.

Didn't kill a single bee. Got a full cupboard of larvaes of assorted q. But yes - took quite a number of beestings, which usually had healed before my play time on the next day.

Why do u hate bees so much and kill them instead of getting along in peace?

I'm not a roleplayer, killing is faster and more efficient time-wise despite the hideous annoyance. Also having around 150 ua/mc should let you open a beehive if only 1 beeswarm pops out consistently since they can't get enough opening before you finish 0-100% raiding it. Too bad getting that much takes too long that I'll be able to just farm my own bee skeps for more larvae by then.

There are no fated anything. That died with world 8. Some of them are still stupid rare and some of the resources hard to find in some parts of the world, though.
