Haven and Hearth, don't leave your base with any injury at all least you might die unintentionally.

No I wasn't lying and I didn't have any injuries. I was at full health and I was killed. I'll admit the mechanics of this game are sometimes convoluted and the death was likely due to my ignorance. It is pretty neat to know though that just by not purchasing rage you can still be killed so stay frosty friends.

Can you walk us through exactly what happened then? We tested everything we can think of to recreate this but I can find literally no way to kill someone from 100% hhp in one KO. Did they continue attacking you after you went down? Did you die after you got home from hearthing? Did you maybe just close the client while you were KOd to log out (because maybe that doesn't work all the time so u could have stood back up from the KO and gotten KO'd again?).

A screenshot of your characters wounds at the time of death might provide valuable insight on he situation? You can still access them from the 'account' part of the website. If you didn't inherit the character will be on 'Dead Characters' and otherwise if you inherited you can click the new character and then click the name under 'Direct Ancestor'. There should be a list of all your wounds at the moment you died.

Not buying rage does offer some protection, but it does not offer flawless protection, and nor was it advertised as such.

That's a bit harsh with injuries that can take quite awhile to heal, many players, especially those involved in fighting I would imagine wander around with less than full HHP.

And yet players still don't buy it in hopes they won't die to a random aggressor that would have likely killed them based on stats even if they knew how to fight back, then they die anyways and are understandably upset. Then you also lock useful combat maneuvers behind it, nice troll.

Also I would just like to point out that every time a player has said "it's literally impossible to die in a fight without rage if you aren't retarded, running is so easy, herp da derp" that we then get numerous examples of players dying quite easily without rage. So you can keep saying those things all you want but the evidence does not support you.

Do I get it right that killing a non-rage char is done by stacking flat concussion damage on top of grievous damage because latter alone can't be equal to total SHP damage? If yes, then maybe concussion should leave not less than 1 HHP?

Concussion damage isn't flat, it's a variable percent of HHP damage. Think the highest it can possibly do is 20%

just raise ur stats, the enemy doesnt know ur max hhp so its hard to gauge how much he needs to do in order to kill you, people not raising con thinking its not useful for them cause they only forage in the woods are wrong - you need all stats.
