NOW HOW TO BUILD A STAKE CLAIM? i got yeomanry but still nothing. what do i need to discover?

yeah, that's pretty weird because i have discovered all those things.
unless you have to rediscover them again and again everyday?
i was thinking maybe rope since i haven't done that yet... but i guess not either?

No, some of the items got added categories or were reset, which is why you may have gotten more discovery LP for them again. If you have those four items and have unlocked yeomanry (requires will to power, hearth magic), you should be able to build a claim--Adventure>Haven & Hearth>Claim.

When you build a well on an unsuitable area that does not have a water source.

Not that i'm aware of. Once you found those items, you are fine. You obviously didn't get the discovery on one and thought you did. Try harvesting each one again. Another way to check is to see if you have other recipes/builds unlocked that use each of those items.

When you build a well on an unsuitable area that does not have a water source.

You need to use dowsing rod to find an area suitable for a well before building one.
