Guys, somebody can help me, I do not understand what the artifact and how to do it.

The artifact is an item you can attach to your clothes. The link you've gotten : http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Equipment_Gilding contains these items(artifacts). Craft one of these items, drag the item to the shirt/pants of your choosing and right-click.
The 'Sewing' skill might help as well.

If you are unable to craft any of these artifacts, or if this 'Equipment Guilding menu' doesn't show up. I'm thinking you first need to discover the items needed to craft those artifacts. For example : If you want to make bonepins, you have to discover bones first to be able to make it.

There's isn't an oven skill. Are trying to create an oven? It needs wood blocks, bricks and stone. I think the prereq is also the baking skill. It should appear after those.
