On making a new character and intending to spawn on anothers charter stone am I supposed to enter charter stone name and be transported straight there (only have done that and nothing happens) or am I supposed to enter name and then step into the fire as usual?
Don't want to try that without checking as don't want to just spawn anywhere.

Well, I now know it's not the latter as I got impatient and tried it ... so I'm assuming the other person has forgotten to set it to allow new spawns or something.

yeah just enter the name in the skull pole and go to the fire and you'll spawn there

Enter charter stone name at skull, enter character name at wizard, burn in fire. Just did that a few days ago to spawn at Sevilla market.

I vaguely remember something about the Skull starting to burn (iirc, long time since I did it) after entering a valid name, don't forget to press <enter>.

Yes ... I finally got there today, I obviously messed up yesterday though still not sure how but yeah today first time and in, lol, skull does indeed light up.
