Thanks for the answer, but not quite what I was looking for. I would like to hand over ownership to another character of a desk I have built and used. I understand I can build a new one, but I want to use the old one . In the same way you can transfer ownership of a barter stand.

If you already have a study desk and then build another, the another one is free for any character to right-click and "Assume Ownership"

What colour terrain/map terrain has all trees that produce bough?
Alder, Elm, Fir, Spruce, Yew and maybe more, but I think there's 5 thus far, that would be within one forest terrain (dark green terrain/map terrain for example, but I am not sure therefore I am asking if its possible to have all 5 on one terrain).

It doesn't say here at what rate the personal claim lp points decrease. is it like 10lp every hour or what is it? Since it starts of max being 720. So I am not sure if I should fill it up all of it or a certain amount, because I don't want it to find it inactive while I have been away for a while.

How to avoid getting all lp taken for the claim? Since I need them for attributes and remaining will give it to my claim.
Also it says that my shield is low 2000/60000 and when I try to refill it says that it is too young. is there a chance for it disappearing or will shield increase over the time.
