Most of the time it's spruce, birch, mulberry and various fruit trees, also maybe pine. These are all usefull to have around.

nvm, found my answer

Edit to include answer.

• Mining now softcaps quality of stone/ore by tool quality, and hardcaps by "Masonry" value.
• "Masonry" -- rather than "Survival" -- now also hardcaps digging for clay, digging stone from stone grounds, and quality of foraged clay.

How long does it usually take for a body to decay? Been trying to inter an alt for what is getting close to 12 hours or so iirc.

Gilding question

Postby LaserSaysPew » Tue Jan 10, 2017 7:01 pm

I've got a sprucecap with second slot but the second taproot lacing won't go there xD So I can only gild each item once with every gilding? Am I right?

Yes, you need to use a different gilding.

ok, here is something I've always been wandering about.

Lets say you want to level a large area, say 50x50 or 70x70 tiles or more. The land survey tool wont cover that much in one go.

Is there a way (perhaps by means of one of the custom clients?) to see the "average" elevation of a large area so that to know what to aim for.

When you use the land survey it does give you an average as the starting point but just for a small area and then you have to play a guessing game to figure out what to level to in case of a larger area.

Only way I know is to eyeball it or use this averaging and spreadsheet to calculate youself.
