Same way you do with all clients. Shift+right click the field to harvest and it changes to an icon you can drag over your crops. Do the same with seeds to get a "mass plant" what you have in your inventory.

You could just have said that its in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Haven and Hearth. As he is most likely using windows.
