The number of logs in a tar kiln no longer effects the time to burn.
The type of log used does not effect the time to burn.
Time to burn is a flat rate.

The type of log DOES effect the amount of tar the Kiln produces however.
If you want the most tar, use Pine.

not anymore, and pine gives the same amount of tar as spruce now
