Each different hook affects your chances to catch different fish while lure fishing. Unsure of any other difference.

Wolves kill squirrels and chickens the same as foxes do.

I am in the process of gathering the required materials for a Grand Hall and wanted to make sure what I have planned is correct as
it would suck to find out I was wrong AFTER I built it.

According to Wiki:
Image Materials Required: Board x 250, Block x 500, Stone x 150, Rope x 20, Hardened Leather x 20, Bar of Metal x 20

My Plan:
1. Primary Board - 150
2. Secondary Board - 100
3. Primary Block - 120
4. Secondary Block - 80
5. Tertiary Block - 50
6. Primary Stone - 90
7. Secondary Stone - 60
8. Bars of Metal - 20

So my questions are:
1. Did I do the math correctly so that each of the 8 steps above would show the corresponding color of the chosen material ?
2. For the Boards and Blocks, will it show the outer color or the inner color from here http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Block

Thanks in Advance and I am sorry if this has been asked and answered before.

The ratio's are correct, but I think you need 500 blocks for the great hall (wiki says so, can't login to the game now), not 250 (so you'd double the amounts).

In case of great hall it's inner color for all wood.

Thanks much, I appreciate it, gonna start building soon.

Also one more thing, is there a small thing that can be easily built and easily destroyed that would match a great hall for colors
so that I could build whatever to see just how the color would look.

Everything together - I don't think so. But you still can build a few, let's say, tables (they are dirty cheap) and put them one next to another just to see how one wood matches another.
