Let's say there's a village and inside this village there is a p-claim; like a plot. The owner of the p-claim has (obviously) all the rights inside his p-claim but no rights in the village. (perhaps not even a member of it)
If he builds a catapult inside his p-claim, will he be able to hit (and damage) the village's shield?
Or - in other words - if someone offers plots to people inside their village, and let's say there's not much trust (for example, a spot in a public market) how can they be sure the village won't be 'sieged' from the inside?
If the pclaim is younger than the vclaim then the pclaim can be revoked in that scenario. I'm not sure about the opposite situation, I assume it could be a security risk, but that's probably intentional since the point is to avoid vclaims being used offensively.
I suppose in that situation there would be a palisade anyway, so you'd need a ram on hand to deal with it. At that point the only difference between a younger/older pclaim is whether you'd need criminal acts to get inside and solve the problem.
