A bit of a tip: try to search for something simple like the item name first. If you're going to search announcements for patch notes, make sure to use the expanded search function (link on the information bar to the right side) and limit it to the forum and poster (jorb always posts the patch notes, though loftar sometimes adds in useful information later).

The forum search algorithm is pretty archaic compared to what we use today (Google, Bing, and Yahoo). It functions more like some of the earliest search engines and you need a minimum of a four character word to search on. You need to know how to properly use wildcard characters, too. I'd really just recommend some of the advanced features of your favorite search engine.

Would it be possible to kill a bat with 21 UA, 22 STR, and 28 (24 with penalties) AGI if I spammed left hook?

Don't even need that with those stats. If you can get chop, a stone axe, and any IP generator, it'd be better to just to spam punch till openings are up, get one or two IP, and then just chop it. It'll run, you chase while ti bounces off cave walls, and chop it one more time to finish it.

Using a stance other than Chin Up or the basic melee one will help greatly. Haven't tried using bloodlust against one since I've gotten my stats up higher to see how quickly it goes.

You probably didn't discover vinegar. Use a cup to dip some out of a bucket or a barrel. Check other crafting recipes for vinegar requirements to be sure (if they aren't there, you haven't discovered it). Be sure to have the cheesemaking skill.

No. It may not always be the most efficient method of healing. (I'd have to double check what all it can heal). For some wounds that have more than one way to heal them, some means are faster than others. Double check the wiki. (I believe the Healing page is updated.)

FictionRyu wrote:With these stats that I mentioned and the method of spamming left hook, what else could I kill? Fox? Badger?

Definitely could take a fox on without any issues, though you might need a bit more armor than a bat or you will take a little bit harder wounds. Badger might be doable if you're skilled in the system and keep openings down, etc, or have a way to cheese combat (such as a cave entrance to duck into to get free actions).

Need to leave the claim that gave you the flag first.

As far as what can be done and what actually gets done... well, you can see people go through a lot of effort to grief others, but not THAT much effort as to build a second fence later. Too much can go wrong for the amount of effort expended.

So claims cover the interior of buildings that are inside the claims? You cannot vandalize or thieve a building inside a claim?
