^^ You can get some really nice ones now, I have quite a collection ... I make them and then don't want to use them in case they get stolen, lol, I'll edit this and post them when I'm in game later ... :)

Yeah, Nikixos, planewood is the darkest you can get, on the pic below it is the oar paddles and rim of the boat, the tree behind the boat is the planewood tree.

I hope you'll like my humble planewood items collection. Note how the wheelbarrow's load color works with planewood wheelbarrow!
Red-ish Cheese Racks have Cherry blocks instead of Planewood.

And, tbh, the ground angle doesn't really matter if you're using mass-harvest/mass-plant tools.

tbh it still looks pretty autistic, but build what you want, its your and you can do whatever you want to do.
