Therefore, complete a credo in 10 quests, suicide, start next credo and finish it in 10 quests, suicide... repeat until you've gone as far as you can without need to actually develop your character.

This was actually my goal with my latest character, but I got so into just playing, I decided to not bother... and now too developed to just easily commit hara-kari.

Wow, that is a pretty gross mechanic. Thematic maybe, but I can see why it causes cognitive dissonance with players.

Hi,
I just paved inside a building to see if I can stomp it to dirt, plow it and then plant gras inside like I've seen elsewhere, but it won't let me.
Is there a way to remove the paving again?

That bug was reported and fixed as it wasn't intended behaviour :(
As far as I know, no, you can't remove the stone/bring the wood back.

EDIT: Apparently they fixed the bug and added the ability to dig to bring back to wood
Nevermind me :D
Oops

Yes, just use dig on the paved tile and it will return to wood, :)

Does the Sturdy Bed currently have any use, that isn't purely roleplaying?

It makes wounds heal faster, according to quality.
(I think it maybe still reduces travel weariness as well? But I dont know)

Yes, wounds advance through their stage faster (which also means that infections grow faster, yes - but mended wounds heal faster)
And it is indeed according to quality.

Also according to quality, it reduces travel weariness, which you obtain by traveling through Charter Stone teleportation.

How do I choose Farmer as a Credo?

I've only got Forager, hunter and Fisherman

More credos become available as you complete others, the Farmer credo depends on the Forager credo, so you need to complete that one first.
